La Preciosa is a development stage mineral property, hosting one of the largest undeveloped primary silver resources in Mexico, and is located adjacent to Avino’s existing operations at the Avino Property in Durango, Mexico.
Unlike earlier open-pit development plans, Avino is advancing La Preciosa with an underground approach designed to reduce dilution and highlight the strength of the deposit. Recent drilling has confirmed silver grades significantly above the 200 g/t silver equivalent figure used in historic estimates. With permits in place and development activities underway, the acquisition represents a disciplined, strategic addition to Avino’s growth plan — strengthening the company’s asset base while maintaining its long-standing commitment to financial discipline and operational focus.
During the 3rd quarter of 2025, Avino acquired all outstanding royalties and obligations held by Deterra Royalties Inc., achieving 100% interest on the La Preciosa property.
