David Wolfin

President and CEO

Mr. Wolfin brings 26 years of experience in mining and finance. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist's assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist's assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry.

Since 1990, Mr. Wolfin has worked for the Oniva Group of Resource companies, including Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Vice-President Finance & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Director). In his various roles with these firms, he has helped raise over C$50 million.

Carlos Rodriguez

COO

Mr. Rodriguez Moreno is a professional geologist with over 28 years of experience in underground mines and regional exploration in Mexico.

Mr. Rodriguez Moreno graduated in 1984 from the University of Sonora in Hermosillo, Mexico in geology. He is also a graduate from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in mineral exploration. He is joining the Avino management team to strengthen the operational and managerial leadership at the Mine.

Mr. Rodriguez Moreno is very familiar with the underground workings at the Avino Mine as he was the last chief geologist at Avino before the operation ceased in 2001. Since his last post at Avino, Mr. Rodriguez Moreno has worked for Luzon Minerals Ltd. in the States of San Luis Potosi, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas and Durango, Mexico, as well as for Kings Minerals Ltd., an Australian mining company exploring the Cerro El Gallo project in the state of Guanajuato. He joined Avino again in 2006 as mine exploration and general manager and was instrumental in the discovery of the San Gonzalo deposit in 2007. He started rehabilitating the 250 tpd flotation circuit, brought it on line in 2010, and built the water treatment facility for treating mine water and is now moving forward to re-furbish the 1,000 tpd circuit for a total mill throughput of 1,250 tpd.

Malcolm Davidson

CFO

Mr. Davidson recently completed the Chartered Accountant School of Business and for the past 8 years articled with a Vancouver-based Chartered Accountant firm. During this time, Mr. Davidson specialized in Assurance, Corporate Taxation, and Business Advisory engagements. Mr. Davidson graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and received his diploma in Financial Management. Mr. Davidson also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for two other publicly traded companies and brings significant financial reporting knowledge and expertise to the Company.

Jasman Yee

Director

Mr. Yee, BASc, P.Eng (BC) is a 1970 graduate of the University of BC with a degree in chemical engineering, a 1974 graduate of Toronto's Ryerson Polytechnical Institute with a degree in economics, and holds a certificate for completing the Canadian Securities Course. He has over 35 years of operational, managerial, engineering and consulting experience in the processing of precious and complex polymetallic base metals ores within North America and abroad.

Mr. Yee is currently the managing director of his own consulting firm and has held senior positions with H A. Simons, Bateman Engineering and Bacon Donaldson & Associates. He has commissioned and started up mines for Falconbridge Copper in Ontario; Canada Wide in Gays River, Nova Scotia; Erickson Gold Mines in Cassiar, BC; and the autoclave restart for the Con Mine in Yellowknife, NWT. In addition, he has provided operational assistance and guidance at the Campbell Mine during the switchover from roasting to autoclaving for gold flotation concentrates.

Gary Robertson

Director

Mr. Robertson is a Certified Financial Planner. He has worked in the financial industry for the past twenty years, and presently serves on the board of several private companies as well as on the board of 5 Canadian junior gold mining companies, including Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd., Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd., Coral Gold Resources Ltd., Mill Bay Ventures Inc. and Sage Gold Inc.

Michael Baybak

Director

Mr. Baybak is principal of Michael Baybak and Company Inc., headquartered in Florida with affiliate offices in California. The company serves a diversified North American clientele of financial advisors and resources-sector public companies. Mr. Baybak and the firm have acted for leading Canadian companies in the resource sector for more than thirty years. He has served as a Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. since 1988.

Mr. Baybak graduated from Columbia University and attended Yale Law School. Prior to entering the financial communications field in 1977 as an account executive, he was a business writer for a number of organizations including McGraw-Hill and The Christian Science Monitor.

Andrew Kaplan

Director

Mr. Kaplan is a graduate of the University of Hartford having a major in Finance and Insurance. He is a founder of A to B Capital Management, and manages the A to B Capital Special Situations Fund, LP which was launched on January 1, 2009. The fund invests in the small cap sector through private, pre-public and publicly traded companies. In addition, he has been a Vice President of Barry Kaplan Associates ("BKA") for the past 16 years, a leading financial public relations firm for both public and private companies in the US, Canada and abroad. Prior to working at BKA, he had six years experience working at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch involved in deal structure, mergers and acquisitions and trading.

Dorothy Chin

Corporate Secretary

Ms. Chin is a member of the Chartered Secretaries Canada, a Canadian Division of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("ICSA"). She has more than 15 years experience in the mining and resource sectors, serving with public companies in regulatory compliance, governance, and administration of corporate affairs.

Chris Sampson P.Eng

Consultant

Mr. Sampson is a Professional Geologist who, in his 30+ years in the mining industry, has worked on hundreds of mineral projects worldwide. He has played a key role in exploration and development of the Avino property.
